PRIVACY POLICY
1.0 GENERAL
1.1 - In using this website and/or purchasing a product from Forged Innovationz, these Terms, Conditions and Policies are acknowledged, understood and accepted by the user. It is the responsibility of the user/buyer to read and understand these Terms, Conditions and Policies in alignment with Forged Innovationz product purchase requirements.
1.2 - The Forged Innovationz website is subject to third party advertisements, links, and external sources. Here Forged Innovationz is not in any way liable for these third-party sources and as such each user that goes through this website acknowledges that this is not directly controlled by the company, and as such following or obtaining such resources are at the user’s own risk.
1.3 - The seller “Forged Innovationz” reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without the requirement to notify users of the website and/or purchasers. Any changes made to these Terms, Conditions and Policies will come into effect from the time of publish and solely apply to and use and/or purchase at that time or after.
1.4 - Should a consumer purchase an item, it is at their discretion to print and/or save these Terms, Conditions and Policies at time of purchase should they wish to refer to prior revisions in future scenarios.
1.5 - These terms, conditions and policies are all governed under English Law, and as such, it is the buyer/consumer/user’s responsibility to have this interpreted and understood prior to any item purchase should they not understand any text, term, condition or policy outlined within these store Policies, Terms and Conditions.
1.6 - In purchasing from Forged Innovationz requires the consumer/buyer/user to accept these Store Policies, Terms and Conditions as a requirement.
1.7 - All listed text within this page consists of the Store Policies, Terms and Conditions (Inclusive of the Privacy Policy). Acknowledgement on sale is for all of the listed conditions.
1.8 - In purchasing from Forged Innovationz, and as such in accepting the Store Policies, Terms and Conditions, the buyer/consumer/user accepts the term that third party legal review/assistance cannot be conducted without prior consultation with the Forged Innovationz team and legal representatives. Should the buyer/consumer/user have any issue with the Forged Innovationz product, not only should these Store Policies, Terms and Conditions be adhered to, though an initial consultation and issue resolution must be conducted between the buyer/consumer/user and Forged Innovationz.
1.9 - All products and designs are displayed ‘as is’ in the product description and imagery. Forged Innovationz directly shows the products displayed as best as possible, however it is acknowledged that each individual item may vary slightly from what is shown due to manufacturing methods, material variation and/or other circumstances.
1.9.1 - If the buyer/consumer/user believes that their received product does not directly match the description and imagery shown on the Forged Innovationz website, it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact Forged Innovationz to query this discrepancy and a solution can be organised as per the Returns policy section
2.0 COPYRIGHT
2.1 - All content, media, designs and products as shown on the Forged Innovationz website are the intellectual property of the established business Forged Innovationz. As such, the distribution without consent of this property is under no circumstance allowed.
2.2 - All content, media, design work and products under Forged Innovationz property is protected by the Copyright Act 1968
2.3 - Should the property of Forged Innovationz be shared, published or displayed without the appropriate consent and authorisation of the entity, Forged Innovationz reserves the right to action and pursue legal representation for any detrimental or non-owed account to the business
3.0 WARRANTY
3.1 - All products purchased are provided with a full one-year replacement warranty from date of purchase. This warranty is granted given the following criteria as deemed by Forged Innovationz are followed:
3.1.1 - Products are not directly mis-handled, forcibly broken and/or damaged through mistreatment. This is based off the discretion of the product condition upon warranty redemption request determined under Forged Innovationz review
3.1.2 - Products are not exposed to extreme environments to which the use causes rapid deterioration.
3.2 - All products are warranted for repair or replacement under the warranty guidelines, this is determined through the evaluation based on the individual circumstances surrounding the warranty redemption and will be processed under Forged Innovationz review and determination.
4.0 REFUNDS
4.1 - A “change of mind” refund (minus shipping expense) is allowable from 30 days from delivery of the given product/s. This entitles the buyer to refund the item purely under change of mind, provided the shipping costs for return are covered by the buyer.
4.1.1 - Return shipping fee is required for full refund and will be deducted from total re-imbursement provided upon the item being delivered back to Forged Innovationz.
4.2 - Strictly no refunds are provided if the product is broken due to mishandling, misuse, or mistreatment of the product outside of the designed use and/or installation. This is reviewed under the Warranty section in a case-by-case basis under Forged Innovationz Warranty procedures.
4.3 - Change of mind returns outside of 30 day period are not provided.
4.4 - If a refund is warranted due to change of mind, products must be returned to seller in a resalable condition as per once initially received. Failure to do so will result in a service fee deduction for repair of the given product as reviewed and determined by Forged Innovationz.
4.5 - If a product is returned to Forged Innovationz in a damaged condition, Forged Innovationz reserves the right to not warrant a refund for the item having failed to meet the original condition of the item being initially sold.
4.6 - If the incorrect variation of a given part is selected by the consumer, the consumer will have the return shipping fee deducted from total re-imbursement provided upon the item being delivered back to Forged Innovationz. Forged Innovationz is in no way required to reimburse the consumer for the incorrect selection of part/product variation to suit their vehicle/use
5.0 PURCHASE & PAYMENT
5.1 - Note that orders will be prepared and posted at soonest possible notice once the full item and postage funds (if applicable) have processed through the nominated payment method.
5.2 - Full purchase prices are stated on the website with the product description. These prices are subject to Australian GST and tax requirements. For international purchase and tax requirements, all costs required by your local jurisdiction will be required for purchase, here you are responsible for identifying these costs and paying them as required.
5.3 - All product costs displayed are within the current $AUD, when purchasing a product from Forged Innovationz in a non $AUD currency, please note that prices will be adjusted to reflect the currency used within the payment process which may differ overall from the displayed purchase cost. This is not controlled directly by Forged Innovationz and as such in processing payment any variation in the pricing is accepted by the buyer.
5.4 - Products and goods may be subject to mandatory import duties and taxes that can be required once an order arrives at the given delivery address. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Forged Innovationz has no control in relation to these charges and are unable to predict these amounts. If relevant, please contact your relevant customs office prior to placing an order. If these duties are not paid where required, refunds will solely be warranted at a 20% rebate to Forged Innovationz to cover shipping costs and additional resource services.
5.5 - The seller Forged Innovationz is in no way liable or expected to provide re-imbursement should the payment process undergo failure due to external circumstances, not solely subject to, however such as but not limited to:
5.5.1 - Loss of connection within the payment process
5.5.2 - Errors in payment through external resource Stripe and/or PayPal which is utilised for payment process
5.5.3 - Any third party/external cyber attack/interruptions which could alter the payment process and/or details
6.0 POSTAGE
6.1 - Postage is dependant on location (within AUS or international), this price is displayed within the checkout section of product purchase and is a required fee additional to the product price (if applicable).
6.2 - Postage time is subject to the postal service and not directly reliant on Forged Innovationz.
6.3 - Should postal services fail to deliver the desired product please lodge a return request with Forged Innovationz where a postal insurance claim can be conducted dependent on the given scenario. Once re-imbursement funds are provided from the postal service in the scenario that the parcel has been lost, at this point the refund will be provided to the buyer.
6.4 - Should the parcel delivered to the buyer/consumer/user be damaged and/or contain damaged products, please lodge a return request with Forged Innovationz where a postal insurance claim can be conducted dependent on the given scenario. Once re-imbursement funds are provided from the postal service in the scenario that the parcel has been damaged, at this point the refund will be provided to the buyer.
6.5 - Tracking will be provided as soon as possible to the user once item/s are posted
6.6 - Pickup options are not currently available for Forged Innovationz

7.0 TERMS OF USE
7.1 - Please note that when purchasing any items from Forged Innovationz, use of products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the council, state, territory, country and/or region for which the goods are destined / used. Forged Innovationz are not in any way liable for any breaches, infringements, physical, financial or health detriment or death as a result of breaching any such laws and using products in such a way that does not align with legal requirements and intended usage of the provided products.
7.2 - Use of the current product range is for use solely on a track and/or private property. Use of products on council, state, territory, country and/or regional roads may be deemed illegal by their respective governing bodies. As such, Forged Innovationz does NOT endorse use of their products on roads and it is at the sole responsibility of buyer/purchaser to check the legality of this use for their governing council, state, territory, country and/or regional roads.
7.3 - If the buyer/consumer/user chooses to use Forged Innovationz products on any road, property or land without verifying the legality of use, Forged Innovationz will be in no way liable or at fault for any detriment (breaches, infringements, physical, financial or health detriment or death) to the relative buyer/consumer/user.
7.4 - The buyer/consumer/user acknowledges that any bearing costs as a result of damage and/or use of the Forged Innovationz products through their use/installation on their respective vehicles is not liable to the Forged Innovationz entity in any way. All costs through any extenuating circumstances are at the sole expense of the buyer/consumer/user.
7.5 - Installation of the Forged Innovationz products are provided through YouTube instructional videos. These are provided as an installation guide, however installation for each individual circumstance may vary and require additional services/components not provided within the Forged Innovationz product. This variation is accepted in the purchase and installation of Forged Innovationz products, as designs are intended for application on OEM vehicles and components
7.6 - Should the installation or use of products from Forged Innovationz cause any damage to the vehicle and/or property of the buyer/consumer/user, Forged Innovationz will be in no way liable for such damages. These acts are conducted by the buyer/consumer/user with acknowledgement of these conditions and policies.
8.0 PRIVACY POLICY
8.1 - To warrant a correct product purchase, required details are needed for postage and contact requirements. All individual details and information will follow our privacy policy, and as such the acceptance of these terms are also in accordance with the acceptance of this privacy policy and recording of personal data.
8.2 - These details will be kept solely and exclusively confidential to the Forged Innovationz document registry. This will directly limit exposure to external sources where details will be kept as private and secure as possible within the traders’ capabilities.
8.3 - The collection of data from the buyer/consumer/user may be utilised in benefit for the seller Forged Innovationz under various studies for marketing and additional non-intrusive purposes
